Hanniganite Thanksgiving 2000

"I'm thankful for people in my life that love me, money in my pocket to buy what I want, a roof over my head to keep me safe, a blanket to keep me warm on those colder than normal days, my Hanni-Family, food in my refrigerator, clothes on my back and my health.

Those are just a few things I'm thankful for. :-) Oh yeah, and I'm thankful for the invention of the thong! (I had to throw ONE in!)"

Like when you all prayed for my friend Courtney (who's 14 today ), because of her leukemeia... she's doing pretty good and she hasn't lost her hair. Her spirits are high and she's so grateful for everyone's prayers and so I'm also grateful for her. For showing me the importance of life and love and happiness. Her spirit is amazing and she's really inspired me."

"You know, I was about to give a "What do I have to be thankful for?" post... then I started thinking. I have a crapload to be thankful for.

A family who puts up with me despite all the crappy things I do.

Erika Amato and Eliza Dushku, for fueling my fantasies.
My Grandma, for giving me 26 1/2 years of love, the for being the best friend anyone could be blessed to have. You were truly a gift from God, Grammy. I'll never forget you.
Paul Newman, for starring in The Hustler, the greatest pool movie ever made.
Disturbed, Godsmack, and Slipknot, for making music angry enough to allow me to get my frustrations out just by singing along.
God, for giving me life, for allowing His only son to die for our sins, and for never giving up on me, even after all the years I spent rejecting Him.
