What is the Hanniganite House?
An explanation that may lead to more confusion

As you know (or if not, visit the Green House), the Hanniganites were established on the (now defunct) AOL WB Buffy the Vampire Message Board. On July 1, 1998, AOL WB Message Board Boss Lynn (who's now a Hanniganite Honorary Member) gave us our own message board, helping our club to expand. On this fabulous day, fellow Hanniganite Dusty made an analogy about the "new board" being a "new house." Then after he "claimed" the fifth floor, we pretended that we were moving in. ("I have the sixth floor with the jacuzzi!!") As people claimed floors and even started "decorating" their rooms, a list was compiled of everyone's house info. Once it got a little cramped in our imaginary house, people started claiming things outside the house, such as the treehouse and toolshed. That's why we have a large list of people "living" within the house and outside the house.
After most of us settled into our area of the house, we told stories using our house as a setting. "The Raid" and "X Marks the Spot" got posters involved, for many of us contributed a chapter to the story. Unfortunately, internet Hanniganites who visited our AOL Hanniganite message board could not partake in our message board madness. Part of the reason why I made this website was to show the internet members of this club/family what we're all about and the fun we have posting at the boards.
So, hopefully understanding the existence of the House a little better, you can now take a tour around the House and meet some Hanniganites along the way.
